The impact you'll make

As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs . You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of the PANEL-Salzburg business unit the center of excellence for advanced packaging wet chemical solutions a strategically acquired branch to expand LAMs technology portfolio and an investment into future technology.

What you'll do

• Lead strategically important projects & programs solve complex business problems.
• Control and lead interdisciplinary project/programs while using your experience to accomplish the best possible outcome measured against success criteria (quality, time, cost).
• Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Build, develop, and lead the cross-functional team through the entire project/program
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Provide frequent program summaries (reports) for internal and external customers.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management (lead project manager)
• Project management qualifications/certifications
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support (i.e., risk assessment and mitigation)
• Microsoft 365 skills

Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Relevant experience in equipment build industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English (mandatory) & German).
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

What We're Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
